Private Representation:
- DiVittorio Family. Since 1980 Doug Yoder has represented the interests of the DiVittorio Family through the development, leasing, finance and sale of multiple projects in Cupertino, San Jose, Morgan Hill and San Martin. Projects include two office buildings, a retail center, RV Park and land. Tenants procured include Apple, IBM and Intero.
- Hahn Family. Since 1996, Doug Yoder has represented the interests of the Hahn family selling and leasing 250,000 square feet of industrial and manufacturing space. Additionally he sold and marketed over 800 units of apartments in Sacramento and Sunnyvale.
- Rehrmann Family. Since 1986 Doug Yoder has represented various projects for the Rehmann Family/Stomper Company including multi-family management and restructuring in Reno, Land assemblage in Mountain View, Land Acquisition in Newark, building acquisition, leasing and sale in San Jose.
- Creekside Development. Since 1986, Doug Yoder has acquired, financed, disposed and leased nearly one million square feet of office, R&D, warehouse, automotive. The financial transactions involved complex trade structures
- South Bay Development. Doug has worked closely with South Bay Development since 1994 engaging in multiple sale and leasing projects in San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale.
